1. The service

SanBlawg publishes a blog from a Git repository you own to hosting infrastructure you control or authorize. You are responsible for the repository, its content, and the hosting accounts you connect.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a third-party provider (GitHub, Apple, or Google). You are responsible for keeping that account secure. One person per account; do not share credentials.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use SanBlawg to publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or abuse the service or connected providers (rate limits, credential misuse, circumventing plan limits). We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Subscriptions and billing (iOS)

Paid plans on iOS are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase and billed by Apple under Apple's terms. Prices and renewal terms are shown by Apple at purchase. Manage or cancel from your Apple ID subscriptions settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Deploys depend on third parties (your Git host, your hosting provider, Apple) outside our control.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SanBlawg is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
